This is a sources-sought notice, not a request for proposal, and no solicitation, specifications, or drawings are currently available. The Government is seeking market research on commercially available programmable controllers capable of fully interfacing with existing Johnson Controls Facility Explorer (JCI FX) 80/90 Government-licensed software, as detailed in Attachment 2. The required programmable building controllers support Facility Related Control Systems (FRCS) at Naval Air Station Corpus Christi, Texas. Interested vendors should submit a capabilities statement package of no more than 5 pages, completing Attachments 1 and 2, electronically to the listed contracting office email with a 4MB attachment limit. The notice is intended to assess the availability and adequacy of potential sources before determining the acquisition method and issuance of an award, and the Government will not pay for information received.
