Notice ID:N6945027RB794

This is a sources-sought market survey only, not a request for proposals, and no contract will be awarded from it. The Navy seeks information on commercial availability of a fully automated clean shop wet process system and associated equipment for the design-build renovation of the Cleaning Shop in B794 at Naval Air Station Jacksonville, FL. The required system must integrate three compact cleaning lines with two bridge-crane-style material transporters per line, canopy-style hood ventilation with hard ducting, dedicated spray rinse tanks and manual spray booths, 3-axis transport, automated aircraft-component cleaning with data/error reporting, and HMI/SCADA control, along with heavy-duty and titanium cleaning lines, vapor degreasers, and ancillary equipment. Interested sources must demonstrate at least five years of proven industry experience and submit capability statements of no more than six pages covering company/contact data, NAICS/CAGE/UEI, size/preference status, staffing and revenue, intended prime/subcontractor/JV role, and one to three operational project references with contacts and technical data. Responses will support market research and will not receive evaluation results.
