Multiple Award IDIQ for Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) to Naval Station Guantanamo Bay (NSGB)
The opportunity is for supplying Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) to Naval Station Guantanamo Bay to support a natural gas-powered combined cycle power plant. The government plans to award multiple firm-fixed-price indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contracts with an ordering period of approximately five months or an aggregate not-to-exceed value of $8,950,000, whichever comes first. One awardee will receive a "seed project" delivery order for two LNG deliveries to Guantanamo Bay, scheduled for late September and mid-October 2026, fulfilling the minimum guarantee. Other awardees will receive a delivery order for the $500.00 minimum guarantee concurrently with their IDIQ contract award. Performance will occur at Naval Station Guantanamo Bay.
