RFQ: Multiple Award IDIQ for Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) to Naval Station Guantanamo Bay (NSGB)

The government seeks multiple firm-fixed-price IDIQ contracts for LNG supply to Naval Station Guantanamo Bay, supporting a combined cycle power plant.
