RFQ: Multiple Award IDIQ for Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) to Naval Station Guantanamo Bay (NSGB)
The government seeks multiple firm-fixed-price IDIQ contracts for LNG delivery to Naval Station Guantanamo Bay to support a combined cycle power plant. The ordering period lasts approximately five months or until an aggregate not-to-exceed value of $8,950,000 is reached, whichever comes first. One awardee will receive a "seed project" delivery order for two LNG deliveries in late May and mid-June 2026. Other awardees will receive a $500 minimum guarantee order. Performance location is Naval Station Guantanamo Bay.
