Silvicultural services are required on 111 acres at Naval Air Station Meridian Main Station, including aerial herbicide application for site preparation and hand planting of containerized loblolly pine seedlings. The contractor must provide all labor, chemicals, materials, vehicles, and equipment for both tasks. Herbicide application must guarantee 95% coverage of the designated tract at the prescribed rate. The contractor is also responsible for furnishing all seedlings, labor, and equipment for planting. Seedlings must have a geographic seed source suitable for Kemper/Lauderdale Counties, Mississippi.
