This is a requirement for comprehensive grounds maintenance and landscaping services at NAS Pensacola, FL, including Corry Station and Saufley Field. This is a synopsis for Grounds Maintenance Services at Naval Air Station Pensacola, FL and surrounding areas including Corry Station, Saufley Field, and Bronson Field. The contract is a performance-based, indefinite-quantity contract with an anticipated term of one base year plus four one-year options, not to exceed five years total. The procurement is set aside for competitive bidding among Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. The Government will evaluate proposals based on technical approach, past performance, and price to determine best value. The anticipated issuance date for the Request for Proposal is on or after July 2, 2025.
