This is a new requirement comprised of design and construction services to replace the cooling towers at H100. The work includes, but is not limited to, design and construction services to replace the cooling towers, retrofit the constant volume air-handling units (AHUs) and exhaust fans (EFs) to variable speed, install new controls to modulate outside and return air dampers, and prepare an area for a temporary chiller and boiler at H100 NAS Corpus Christi, TX. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the small business contractor who is deemed responsible and offers the lowest price to the Government. Price will be the only factor considered.
