This work is required at Naval Air Stations Corpus Christi and Kingsville, Texas Contractor will partnership with the Government and a database company, to establish a local unit price book to include coefficients for local labor pool and material market costs. The intent is a well-defined, collaborate process for project execution (joint scope) as well as streamlining the timeline from site visit to contract award. (SEE ATTACHMENT)
