General Construction Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) for NAVFAC PWD SERVICED CLIENTS, Naval Air Station (NAS) Jacksonville, Florida. This contract is for construction, maintenance, repair, alteration, environmental assessments, and minor new construction. Projects may be Design-Build or Design-Bid-Build. General Wage Decisions, bonding requirements, liquidated damages, periods of performance, statements of work, performance locations, payment offices, and invoicing instructions will be cited on each Task Order. The contract duration is five (5) years or will be considered complete, or “at capacity”, when either of the maximum limits are reached. Contract capacity maximum limits are five (5) years from award date and $4,500,000. Projects under this contract have an estimated construction cost between $2,000.00 and $2,000,000.00. FUNDING WILL BE ON INDIVIDUAL TASK ORDERS ONLY. The issuance of Task Order No. 0001 (SEED Project, will satisfy the Government’s minimum guarantee.
