The Contractor shall provide all supervision, transportation, labor, materials, equipment and incidental work necessary to repair corrugated metal roof panels at Corpus Christi Army Depot. See paragraph 5 for detailed statement work. The contractor shall comply with UFGS 01 31 23.13 20 Electronic Construction and Facility Support Contract Management System for the administration of this contract. Repair by replacement corrugated metal panels and associate building components found to be unserviceable and could cause building failure if not repaired. Area A, replace with in-kind or equivalent materials that include but not limited to roof and wall panels, ridge caps, eave trim, eave guttering, eave struts, downspouts, framed opening, and rakes. Area B, replace with in-kind materials or equivalent materials that include but not limited to roof, gable panels and rakes. Area C, replace with in-kind or equivalent materials that include but not limited to roof panels and cee purlins. ***See amendments 1 and 2
