AMENDMENT 3 The purpose of this amendment is to extend the Date Offers Due and time to 18 February 2022 at 1500 EST, provide response to Contractor's PPI's, inclusion of revised J-0200000-10 ELINS and inclusion of Gauge Calibration List. A Site Visit MAP and Pre-Bid Inquiry Form Template have been added. A second amendment will be issued with additional information on or before February 4, 2022. The Contractor shall provide all labor, management, supervision, tools, material, and equipment required to perform Fleet Readiness Center Southeast (FRCSE) Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) controls, Direct Digital Control (DDC) Systems and to provide Test and Balance (TAB) services on existing HVAC and Industrial Ventilation systems to ensure proper airflow, water flow, operation and control within limits of design capability. This work may involve interfacing, manipulating, and programming software which is proprietary to the Trane Company. The work shall be provided for Fleet Readiness Center Southeast (FRCSE) at Naval Air Station (NAS) Jacksonville, Naval Station (NS) Mayport and Cecil Commerce Center, Florida.
