CLIN 0001 Contractor shall remove all exiting surface paint from the existing compass rose. Prior to repainting radial lines a State of Texas registered land surveyor will assist with laying out the new compass rose radial lines in accordance with the attached scope of work. CLIN 0002 Contractor shall remove by waterborne method as required and repaint airfield and roadway markings to meet current standards. The overall intent is to increase safety awareness for pilots in training and all personnel working on or around aircraft and hangers on Truax Airfield. The scopes of work for each CLIN are in the attachment titled Compass Rose and Apron Repainting Combined RFQ. The second attachment titled Apron Repainting Attachments Combined is for CLIN 0002 only. All attachments for the Compass Rose scope are within the combined RFQ document. All PPI's should be submitted by August 8th by 1600 CST. There will not be a site visit for this project.
