Remediate Mold BLD 10 2nd Floor (FFP) The Contractor shall provide all supervision, transportation, labor, materials, equipment and incidental work necessary to remediate mold from the 2nd deck/floor of Building 10, 3rd Street, N. A. S. Corpus Christi, TX 78418. Contractor shall remediate approximately 16,000 square feet (SF) of mold in the areas shown in Attachment C, Mold Report photos on page 20 through 23. Attachment D shows the approximate location of ceiling mold within the 2nd deck of Building 10. Ceiling height of 2nd deck is approximately 12 feet. Contractor shall follow the recommended mold remediation protocols outlined in appendix C of Attached Mold Report and Attachment E, Unified Facility Guide. The contractor shall comply with UFGS 01 31 23.13 20 Electronic Construction and Facility Support Contract Management System for the administration of this contract.
