Further, the Navy is not at this time seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals. The intent of this sources sought is to identify potential offerors for Fire Truck and Apparatus Repair Services at Corpus Christi, TX; Kingsville, TX; Fort Worth, TX; New Orleans, LA; Meridian, MS; Gulfport, MS; Panama City Beach, FL; and Key West, FL. No solicitation or specifications are currently available. The identification number for this sources sought notice is N6945021RTRAN. The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Southeast Contracting Office, Jacksonville, FL, is seeking information from interested sources capable of providing performance-based services to NAVFAC Southeast Transportation. The purpose of this notice is to gain knowledge of qualified and interested parties in any of the following categories: large business, small business, U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) certified 8(a), SBA certified HUBZone, woman owned small business (WOSB), veteran-owned small business (VOSB), and service disabled veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB). Potential sources should demonstrate that they have current relevant qualifications, experience, personnel, security approvals, equipment, and capability to perform maintenance and repair of Fire Trucks and Apparatus at the following locations: Corpus Christi, TX; Kingsville, TX; Fort Worth, TX; New Orleans, LA; Meridian, MS; Gulfport, MS; Panama City Beach, FL; and Key West, FL. The type of solicitation to be issued will depend upon responses to this sources sought notice. The Government will use the sources sought responses along with other market research to make various determinations regarding the procurement of these services. It is anticipated that the resulting contract will be a single award indefinite quantity contract with non-recurring work/indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) provisions with a contract term consisting of a five (5) year ordering period. The minimum guarantee will be met with issuance of the first task order. The anticipated performance start date is the third quarter of fiscal year 2021. The proposed requirement will provide labor and materials to perform work subject to the scope of work and delivery schedule specified in each task order. Work may include onsite diagnostics, maintenance, repair, and alteration of any type of Navy owned emergency vehicles and equipment per the scope. Task order completion times will be specified on each task order. In some instances, the contractor will provide materials, repair parts, and equipment needed per the scope and delivery schedule specified in the order for repair work to be performed by the Government.
