Solicitation Number N69450-19-R-0913, P426 Littoral Combat Ship Logistics Support Facility, Naval Station (NS) Mayport, Jacksonville, Florida. Project Description: The general scope of this requirement is a Design-Bid-Build Construction Contract for the construction of a new four story, 123,031 square foot program Phase II building and renovations to the existing Phase I building (#2840). The two (2) buildings will house the ashore component of administrative functions for deployed and in-port Littoral Combat Ships (LCS) as well as a portion of the training component. The project also includes improvements to Bailey Avenue that will connect P426 to a new parking deck to be designed and constructed under a separate contract. The work is located at NS Mayport, Jacksonville, Florida. The period of performance will begin at contract award and be for duration of 730 calendar days. Project Magnitude is between $25,000,000 and $100,000,000. This is a new procurement. It does not replace an existing contract. The proposed contract will be solicited as Unrestricted Full and Open Competition. Offerors can view and/or download the solicitation, and all attachments, at https://www.neco.navy.mil/ when it becomes available. No electronic or hardcopies of the solicitation, drawings, specifications, attachments, additional documents, etc. will be provided. It is the Offerors responsibility to check NECO and FedBizOpps periodically for the solicitation and any amendments. A Pre-Proposal Conference and Site Visit will be held. Details on the site visit will be provided in the solicitation. Proposals will be due no earlier than 30 days after the solicitation is released (exact date and time will be specified in the solicitation).
