The government is conducting sources sought market research to determine whether commercially available programmable controllers can fully interface with the existing Tridium Niagara and Distech Controls EC Line Government licensed software, as detailed in Attachment 2. The required programmable building controllers are for Facility Related Control Systems at Naval Submarine Base (NSB) Kings Bay, GA. Interested vendors should submit a capabilities statement package of no more than 5 pages, completing Attachment 1 – Company Information and Attachment 2 – Technical Information, to demonstrate ability to provide the specified product. The package must be submitted electronically to rebecca.m.jones75.civ@us.navy.mil, limited to a 4MB attachment, and vendors are encouraged to request a read receipt or acknowledgement. The Government is not obligated to pay for information received and will use responses to assess availability and adequacy of potential sources prior to determining acquisition method and award.
