The U.S. Navy, acting through the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Southeast (“Government”), has a requirement for hangar space, ramp space, and office / crew space located on the premises of West Palm Beach International airport (KPBI). The requested hangar and aircraft ramp space must be located within the perimeter of West Palm Beach International Airport (“KPBI”) with ready access to the airport runways and operating environs. The Lease may commence as early as is feasible and continue as mission requirements dictate. The Lease will have an initial term of one (1) year, followed by three consecutive renewal options of one year each.
