The United States of America, acting by and through the Department of the Navy, Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Southeast (Government), has a requirement for warehouse space that cannot be accommodated onboard Naval Support Activity Panama City. The leased premises must meet all of the requirements set forth in this Solicitation for Offers, including attachments (“SFO” or “solicitation”). This Solicitation for Offers (SFO) is issued under full and open competition. The Navy is accepting offers to meet the Navy’s requirement to lease one (1) or multiple warehouses totaling 90,710 net square feet (NSF) of industrial / warehouse space to include approximately 10,000 SF of climate-controlledspace. These spaces are not required to be contiguous.
