The Government intends to award a firm fixed price-contract for real property title evidence, acquistion closing services, and escrow services in support of the Government's acquistion of real property interests in the vicinity of Naval Air Station Whiting Field, Santa Rosa County, Florida, and special areas, including Out Lying Field Choctaw Field, and Escribano Point Florida Forever Projects, both in Santa Rosa County, Florida. Real Property acquisition closing and title evidence shall be provided in accordance with the Department of Justice Title Standards 2016. The attached "Contract for Title Evidence, Acquisition Closing Services, and Escrow Services" form constitutes the Government's statement of work. Place of performance is Santa Rosa County, Florida.
