This solicitation will procure for Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Southeast, title evidence and real property acquisition closing services for its acquisition of parcel: 30160-000-000 of 8.5 acres, more or less, located in Bay County, Panama City Florida. The Government intends to award a fixed-price contract to the offeror whose proposal represents the lowest price technically acceptable to the Government, as determined by evaluation of the proposals according to the evaluation factors set forth herein. Award of this contract shall be made on the basis of the lowest evaluated price of proposals meeting or exceeding the acceptability standards for non-cost factors. The objective is selection of a contractor whose overall proposal demonstrates the lowest price technically acceptable to the Government based on the specified factor.
