A. This Statement of Work (SOW) and accepted proposal defines the scope for properly maintaining food service equipment. The contractor shall obtain and pay for all permits inspections required by the local boards that have jurisdiction over the project. All work shall be executed and inspected in accordance with all local and state codes, rules, ordinances or regulations pertaining to the particular work involved. All food service equipment shall be physically inspected. Any defects observed shall be immediately brought to the attention of the Contracting Officer. If inspection identifies minor items need to be replaced or performed, they shall be considered part of the monthly inspection and included (ie. Light replacement, replace dials, tighten bolts, handles, etc). B. The contractor shall respond with the appropriate service personnel, Materials and equipment to commence work immediately if personnel are on Site, and within 6 (six) business hours if personnel are not on site. Work shall Be completed within 2 working days forgoing access restrictions or lead Times and delays for shipping of specialized equipment not readily Available. Performance of service calls is not required outside government regular working hours. C. The contractor shall provide any material parts up to $500.00 per service call occurrence. Notification of parts/materials exceeding the this established limit Shall be submitted to the ko within one hour of identification. Additional service call(s) may be ordered for work exceeding the limit of the existing service call. Labor and material invoices shall be required for the payment of work performed each time service call(s) are ordered.
