GENERAL INTENTION: - The work to be performed under this contract consists of ground spraying 29 acres of the golf course with 6oz. of Imazapyr and 4oz. of SFM Extra for herbaceous weed control. - The work to be performed under this contract consists of planting 29 acres of the golf course with 2nd or 3rd generation containerized loblolly pine seedlings to be furnished by the contractor. A total of 29 acres will be sprayed for herbaceous weed control and planted in Loblolly pine containerized seedlings at NAS Meridian. The spraying will consist of applying 6oz. of Imazapyr and 4oz. of SFM Extra by ground application. The pine seedlings will be planted on 8’x 10’ spacing at 544 trees per acre. Contractor shall furnish all labor, seedlings, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to perform the spraying and planting work. Areas are specified on attached map.
