Interested parties may identify their interest and capability by submitting a concise capability statement to Beth Exzabe. Vendors must maintain an active SAM registration; processing additional SAM information may take at least 10-15 days, and the government cannot award without active status. Contractors must also be DLIS-certified for CUI/export-controlled access, with CUI access limited to one approved Data Custodian per CAGE code under an approved DD 2345.
