The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake intends to award a firm fixed price sole source contract to Keysight Technologies Inc. (Colorado Springs, CO) for Keysight UXR repair, Qty 1 Lot, as the OEM and only authorized source. This is a notice of intent to sole source, not a request for quote; no solicitation or RFQ will be issued, but interested parties may identify their interest and capability by email. Responses must include a clear capability statement demonstrating the ability to perform the required work without compromising quality, accuracy, reliability, and schedule. All vendors must be registered at SAM.gov prior to submitting quotes, and processing additional information may take at least 10-15 days, so SAM registrations should remain Active.
