The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake intends to award a firm-fixed-price sole-source contract to LabAire Systems for one lot of custom manual operation polypropylene wet benches. LabAire is identified as the only source because its systems meet operational/safety requirements through a unique combination of chemical compatibility engineering, custom dimensional fabrication, and cleanroom delivery capabilities. Interested parties may email Yvonne Stockwell a clear, concise capability statement showing they can perform the required work without compromising quality, accuracy, reliability, or schedule. Vendors must maintain an active SAM.gov registration, and processing additional information may take at least 10–15 days. Contractors must also be DLIS-certified for CUI or export-controlled information, with DD 2345 approval and a single CAGE-code Data Custodian POC approved by DLA before CUI access in SAM.gov.
