Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division is conducting market research to identify capable sources, including non-OEM providers, for an integrated RF test-equipment capability supporting aircraft electronic-warfare system integration and test. The required solution must import, store, process, stream, and play back Government I/Q data; record and generate RF signals while preserving integrity and fidelity; interface an I/Q recorder, RF signal generator, and existing R&S FSW67 analyzer requiring a digital-I/Q streaming upgrade; and use the Government’s existing R&S-format I/Q data files. Minimum performance includes 100 kHz–20 GHz frequency range, 1 GHz instantaneous bandwidth at 12-bit I/Q and 512 MHz at 16-bit I/Q, 1200 Msamples/s sample rate, 15 TB storage, amplitude/frequency/phase/pulse/I/Q modulations, RF output =20 dBm, and 10/40 Gigabit Ethernet and USB 3.0 interfaces. The solution must include all necessary hardware, software licenses, interfaces, cables, installation, integration, training, calibration, warranty, sustainment support, and end-to-end Government acceptance testing using Government-furnished I/Q data. Interested sources should provide a capability statement demonstrating technical compatibility, any required data conversion or preprocessing, prior comparable performance, estimated delivery lead time, and whether they can meet the complete requirement.
