The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract on a sole-source basis for Snap-On toolboxes and tools to Snap-on Industrial, using its GSA schedule plus some open-market items; this is a notice of intent, not an RFQ, and no solicitation will be issued. Interested parties that believe they can fulfill the requirement entirely through GSA may email a capability statement to Yvonne Stockwell demonstrating the ability to perform without compromising quality, accuracy, reliability, or schedule. Vendors must have an active SAM registration before award, and processing SAM information may take at least 10–15 days. Contractors needing access to CUI or export-controlled information must be DLIS-certified, have an approved DD 2345, and coordinate CUI access through the CAGE code’s Data Custodian POC.
