This is a notice of intent to award a sole source, firm fixed price contract to Textron Systems, located in Hunt Valley, MD, for a Remote Support Plan consisting of 100 hours. Textron Systems is identified as the OEM and proprietary holder of technical data for existing Textron parts. No RFQ will be issued, but interested parties may submit a capability statement to demonstrate their ability to perform the work without compromising quality, accuracy, reliability, or schedule. Interested vendors must be registered and active in SAM, and processing SAM registration may take at least 10–15 days. Contractors must also be certified through the DLIS Joint Certification Program to access CUI or export-controlled information.
