The intended source is Bishop Inc., which installed the roofs on which the optical markers will be installed, allowing rooftop warranties to be maintained. Interested parties may provide a capability statement demonstrating their ability to perform the work without compromising quality, accuracy, reliability, or schedule. Responsible sources must be registered in SAM and certified through DLIS to access Controlled Unclassified Information.
