This is a notice of intent to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract, not a request for quotes or a solicitation. The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, intends to contract with Brandywine Communications in Santa Ana, CA, for one Brandywine Precision Timing and Synchronization Module lot and one 1PPS module. These items are being sole-sourced because they must integrate directly with existing Brandywine equipment, and no other equipment will fully integrate with the system. Interested parties may submit a capability statement to demonstrate their ability to perform the requirement; however, they must be registered in SAM and meet certification requirements for Controlled Unclassified Information or Export Controlled Information access.
