The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, intends to award a firm fixed price sole source contract to Parraid, LLC for Omega NExT & Imux G2 Software Extended Support (Qty 1 Lot), as Parraid is the OEM-only source. This is a notice of intent to sole source, not a request for quotes, and no solicitation or RFQ will be issued. Interested parties may submit a capability statement demonstrating the ability to perform the work without compromising quality, accuracy, reliability, or schedule. Vendors must maintain an active SAM.gov registration before award, and processing SAM-related information may take at least 10-15 days. Contractors must be DLIS-certified to access CUI or export-controlled information, with CUI access limited to one Data Custodian POC per CAGE code and an approved DD 2345.
