This is a Notice of Intent to Sole Source, not an RFQ; no solicitation or RFQ will be issued. The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake intends to award a firm fixed price sole-source contract to Mettler-Toledo in Columbus, OH for a Volumetric KF Titrator to ensure compatibility with the current system. Interested parties may submit a clear and concise written capability statement to Virginia Dennison at virginia.j.dennison.civ@us.navy.mil demonstrating ability to perform the work without compromising quality, accuracy, reliability, or schedule. Vendors must have an active SAM registration before award, and processing SAM information may take at least 10–15 days. Contractors must also be DLIS-certified and have an approved DD 2345 to access CUI or export-controlled information, with CUI access limited to one approved Data Custodian POC per CAGE code.
