This is a notice of intent to award a sole source firm-fixed-price contract for a CDU-40B Power System with installation, to R.E. Beverly III and Associates in Lewis Center, OH, as a replication of an existing system. It is not a request for quotes, and no solicitation will be issued, but interested parties may submit a capability statement demonstrating their ability to perform the work without compromising quality, accuracy, reliability, or schedule. All vendors must be registered in SAM.gov with an active status, and processing this registration may take at least 10-15 days. Contractors must also be certified through DLIS for access to Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) or Export Controlled Information, which requires a DD 2345-approved Data Custodian per CAGE code.
