This is a notice of intent to award a sole-source firm-fixed-price contract to Persistent Systems, LLC for tactical networking and antenna equipment and accessories. The procurement is justified because the equipment relies on proprietary interfaces that must integrate with an existing government-owned Persistent Systems network. The work supports the Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division at China Lake. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability, but no competitive solicitation will be issued.
