This is a notice of intent to award a sole source firm fixed-price contract for electrical equipment (ANB1501RSPNLIA) and related performance testing, to be performed at the Naval Air Warfare Center in China Lake. The intended contractor is Acumentrics, the original equipment manufacturer and only source capable of ensuring compatibility with an existing on-site system. No competitive solicitation or request for quotes will be issued. Interested parties may submit a capability statement demonstrating they can meet the requirements without compromising quality, accuracy, reliability, or schedule. All vendors must have an active SAM registration and, if needed, certified access for controlled unclassified information.
