This is a notice of intent to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract for Keysight hardware upgrade services and an upgrade service agreement for a PNA-X network analyzer. The work will be contracted to Keysight Technologies Inc., as it is the only vendor capable of performing these upgrades. This is not a request for quotes, and no solicitation will be issued. Interested parties may submit a capability statement to demonstrate they can perform the work, but must have an active SAM registration and account for processing times of at least 10–15 days. All responses must be submitted by the specified deadline via email.
