The Naval Air Warfare Center at China Lake intends to award a sole source, firm fixed price contract to Kratos SRE, Inc. for real-time thermal expansion measurement during thermal conductivity testing. Kratos is the only source with the direct knowledge, ITAR-approved facility, and historical experience required, and replicating this capability would cause significant project delays. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability by submitting a written response no later than 07/16/2026. The response must demonstrate the ability to perform the work without compromising quality, accuracy, reliability, or schedule. No budget amount or performance location beyond China Lake is specified.
