The procurement is needed to replace missing or damaged test equipment and maintain operational readiness, and the replacement items must be identical to existing equipment to comply with technical manuals, calibration procedures, and authorized maintenance directives; alternate or similar items have not been certified for this testing index. Interested parties may submit a written capability statement by email showing they can perform the work without compromising quality, accuracy, reliability, or schedule, and vendors must have an active SAM registration.
