The Naval Air Warfare Center intends to award a sole source firm fixed price contract to Reynolds Systems Inc. for 150 RSI EFDI units and 50 inert units, as direct replacement parts. Performance will occur in Middletown, California. No competitive solicitation or request for quotes will be issued. Interested parties must submit a capability statement by 7:00 AM PST on May 11, 2026, to demonstrate their ability to meet the requirement. All responsible sources must maintain an active SAM registration to be eligible for award.
