The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake intends to award a firm-fixed-price sole-source contract for Brandywine Master Clock modules to Brandywine Communications, the only OEM able to integrate and communicate with existing Brandywine systems. This is a notice of intent, not a request for quote, and no RFQ will be issued. Interested parties may submit a capability statement to the identified Navy contact showing ability to perform without compromising quality, accuracy, reliability, or schedule. Vendors must have an active SAM registration and DLIS certification to access CUI or export-controlled information, including DD 2345 approval and coordination with the CAGE code’s Data Custodian.
