Hamilton Company, located in Reno, Nevada, is the sole source provider for replacement parts, proprietary software upgrades, and services on the VANTAGE platform. This is a notice of intent only, not a request for quotes, and no competitive solicitation will be issued; however, interested parties may respond to demonstrate their capability to perform the work without compromising quality, accuracy, reliability, or schedule. Interested vendors must maintain an active SAM.gov registration and be certified through the Defense Logistics Information Services (DLIS) if access to Controlled Unclassified Information is required. Contractors must coordinate with their CAGE code’s Data Custodian for CUI access, with readiness steps such as SAM registration potentially taking 10–15 days.
