This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract to the Griffiss Institute in Rome, NY for the Chemistry Opportunities in Knowledge and Exploration (COKE) Program, which will support six interns in Fall 2026. The contract is a firm fixed price award, justified as a continuation of existing research. Interested parties must submit a capability statement by 4:00 PM PST on July 27, 2026, to demonstrate their ability to perform the work without compromising quality or schedule.
