This notice announces the Navy's intent to award a firm-fixed-price sole source contract to SCIF Solutions Inc. for the supply and installation of a DMP XR550-E IDS system with access control at Naval Air Warfare Center, China Lake. The sole source justification is that the unit remains with the manufacturer and integrated physical security systems must be installed directly by the facility manufacturer. Interested parties may submit a capability statement to demonstrate their ability to perform the work without compromising quality, accuracy, reliability, and schedule. All vendors must be registered and active in SAM, and certified through the DLA Joint Certification Program for access to CUI if needed. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes, and no solicitation will be issued.
