This is a notice of intent to award a sole source firm fixed price contract, not a request for quotes. The Naval Air Warfare Center at China Lake intends to procure a GNSS Constellation Simulator and accessories from the original equipment manufacturer, Keysight Technologies, for a system upgrade using existing equipment already on site. Interested parties may submit a capability statement to demonstrate they can perform the required work without compromising quality, accuracy, reliability, or schedule. Performance will be at China Lake, California. Vendors must maintain active SAM registration and be certified to access controlled unclassified information if required.
