This notice announces the Navy's intent to award a sole-source firm-fixed-price contract to Keysight Technologies Inc. for repair of a UXG Agile Vector Adapter. The work will be performed at Keysight's facility in Colorado Springs, CO. Keysight is considered the only authorized vendor capable of repairing its own equipment. No competitive solicitation will be issued, but interested parties may submit a capability statement to demonstrate they can perform the work. Contractors must be registered in SAM and meet certification requirements for controlled unclassified information access.
