The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, intends to award a firm-fixed-price sole-source contract to Pacific Power Source Inc. for two units of P/N 320LSXM/M23006. This is not a request for quotes, and no RFQ will be issued; interested parties may provide a capability statement showing they can perform the work without compromising quality, accuracy, reliability, or schedule. Vendors must maintain an active SAM registration, and SAM processing may take at least 10–15 days. Contractors must also be DLIS-certified for CUI/export-controlled access, with an approved DD 2345 and a CAGE-code Data Custodian before CUI access in SAM.gov.
