The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, intends to award a firm-fixed-price sole-source contract to Lumistar, Inc. for direct replacement parts P/N LS-50-D (2 each) and P/N LS-40-DB20 (2 each), as Lumistar is the only source. This is a notice of intent, not a request for quotes, and no RFQ will be issued. Interested parties may identify their interest and provide a capability statement demonstrating ability to perform without compromising quality, accuracy, reliability, or schedule. Vendors must have an active SAM registration and DLIS certification for CUI/export-controlled access; SAM processing may take at least 10-15 days, and DD 2345 approval is required before CUI access in SAM.gov.
