Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake intends to award a firm fixed price contract to L3 Technologies, Inc., Communication Systems–West, an L3Harris Technologies subsidiary, for one lot of Link 16 handheld radios and accessories as the OEM and only source of these direct replacement items. Interested parties may submit a clear capability statement by email to Yvonne Stockwell showing the ability to perform without compromising quality, accuracy, reliability, or schedule. Vendors must maintain an active SAM registration and obtain DLIS certification for access to CUI or export-controlled information, including an approved DD 2345 and coordination with the CAGE code’s Data Custodian for CUI access.
