The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division in China Lake, CA intends to sole-source the production of 200 gallons of RJ-10 fuel to Technology Holding, Inc. of West Valley City, UT, as a continuation of previous SBIR contract work. This is a notice of intent for an other than full and open competition procurement. Any firm believing it can fulfill the requirement may submit a capability statement via email for agency consideration. All contractors must maintain an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) and may need certification through Defense Logistics Information Services (DLIS) to access certain information.
