This is a preliminary market survey, not a solicitation, to gauge industry interest and capabilities for a reusable, unmanned test platform to accelerate air-launched munitions development. The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division seeks collaborators to define solutions involving concept development, prototype creation, and test planning for a platform capable of carrying 500–1000 lb munitions. Responses should address company information, capability statements, conceptual approaches, and a non-binding rough order of magnitude cost. No contract will be awarded from this notice, and responding is voluntary.
